- Phase 2 focuses on interview prep. You will define and communicate an effective introduction to who you are professionally and improve your ability to communicate your unique value to IT recruiters and hiring managers. You will learn how to effectively answer the most common interview questions, providing relevant examples for your target IT role to help you excel in interviews and proceed as a lead candidate.
- Phase 3 focuses on career change execution. You will learn how to avoid spending time on the wrong "opportunities" and effectively manage real job opportunities to accelerate your job search results -> job offers.
