Assaf Shaked, IT Career Transformation founder and principal consultant, has over 20 years of technology management consulting experience working with leading organizations and IT teams in a wide range of industries and technology domains, including software development, enterprise application implementation, infrastructure, and cloud migrations.

Throughout his career, Assaf has had the opportunity to be on both sides of the recruiting process, as a hiring manager and as an IT professional candidate. This experience allowed him to gain valuable insights into what hiring managers / recruiting teams are looking for when searching for IT professionals, as well as how to effectively optimize career documents and communicate relevant accomplishments that hiring organizations value.

Leveraging his diverse, hands-on technology leadership experience and passion to help IT professionals advance their career, Assaf started IT Career Transformation in 2016 to help IT professionals (from entry-level / transitioning into IT to senior management and all types of IT roles) optimize their career documents and accelerate their job search.

Assaf believes that IT industry knowledge and consulting skills are key to building strong career documents that help candidates advance their IT career. He continuously works with the IT Career Transformation team to research / analyze the IT job market demand & trends, and improve services to maximize value.
